Dr. Osman S. Elmi

Osman is a founder of ARCSO and currently leads the Centre’s work on agricultural production, resilience initiative and policy analysis and development. Osman was previously Economist in Department of Agriculture Canada and Canadian Food Inspection Agency. He has also worked resilience initiative in IGAD region covering Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan Uganda, South Sudan and Eritrea.
